Drew Pearson and Randy White Guest on The ANE Show

Super Bowl weekend is coming up, and The ANE Show which airs Saturday’s at 9:00 AM on 1190am will include two of the most beloved Dallas Cowboys to share their insight, some history, and of course the latest car news.

The “Original Number 88” Drew Pearson, and “Manster” (half man/half monster) Randy White will be joining the ANE Crew for an hour of intense fun and excitement on February 8th.
The ANE Show is an hour long show every Saturday morning talking about Automotive, News, Sports, and Entertainment.  The radio show has had celebrity guest like Matthew McConaughey, Metallica, Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, and Ben Stiller.  All have shared wonderful insights on upcoming movies, and provided listeners with inside information into their personal lives.  Now, The ANE Show will have two of the most famous Dallas Cowboys in history share some memorable moments and talk Super Bowl talk with the newest radio stars that have hit the airwaves.

Randy White is a former American football defensive lineman and linebacker. He attended the University of Maryland from 1971 to 1974, and played professionally for the Dallas Cowboys from 1975 to 1988. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame.

Playing both defensive end and linebacker at Thomas McKean High School in Wilmington, Delaware, Randy is considered to this day the “Best All-Time Player” in the history of Delaware high school football. Graduating in 1971, he was a star player in the state’s first annual Blue-Gold All-Star high school football game played every August at the University of Delaware stadium.

White was recruited by the University of Maryland and played as a fullback during his freshman year. While Maryland finished the year with only 2 wins, White did little worth noting during that year. During his sophomore season, new head coach Jerry Claiborne moved Randy to defensive end, noting that he had the skill to be "one of the best five linemen in the U.S." The move was a natural fit, as by his senior year, he was, as Claiborne put it, "as fast as some of the offensive backs I had coached." In that senior year (1974), he won numerous awards and honors, including the Outland Trophy, the Lombardi Award, and the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year. Though Maryland lost in the Liberty Bowl that season to Tennessee, Randy was named the game's Most Valuable Player. In 1994, he was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame and in 2000 was named to ABC sports All-time All-America Team.

White was the Dallas Cowboys' first pick and the second player selected in the 1975 National Football League Draft, and was moved to middle linebacker, where he was a backup to Cowboy legend Lee Roy Jordan, playing mostly on special teams his first two seasons, including his rookie season when Dallas lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl X. Jordan retired following the 1976 season, and his slot was filled by Bob Breunig, who held the position the next nine seasons. During his third season (1977), White was moved to right defensive tackle, the same position formerly occupied by "Mr. Cowboy", Bob Lilly, from 1961 through 1974, a move which in turn moved veteran Larry Cole back to his natural defensive end position (backing up Ed "Too Tall" Jones and Harvey Martin, though he did play left defensive tackle after the retirement of Jethro Pugh.

That year would prove to be his breakout year; he was named to his first All-Pro team, his first Pro Bowl, and (on his 25th birthday) was named co-MVP of Super Bowl XII with teammate Harvey Martin, making him one of only seven defensive players to win that honor. In 1978, White was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Year, and would be named to nine consecutive All-Pro and Pro Bowl teams. He would retire in 1988 (coincidentally, also the last season on the sidelines for original Cowboys coach Tom Landry), having played 209 games in 14 seasons, only missing one game during that span. At the time of his retirement, he had played the second most of any Dallas Cowboy in history. During those 14 years, he played in three Super Bowls, six NFC Championship Games, and accumulated 1,104 tackles (701 solo) and 111 sacks. His highest single season sack total was 16 in 1978. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1994. On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the naming of the only co-MVPs in Super Bowl history, Super Bowl XLVII, which like Super Bowl XII was played in New Orleans, Louisiana, was dedicated to White. (Harvey Martin had died in 2001.)

Drew Pearson who currently hosts The Drew Pearson Show is a sportscaster and former American football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.  Pearson was born and raised in South River, New Jersey, and began his football career at South River High School where he succeeded Joe Theismann as quarterback.

He attended the University of Tulsa and started four games at quarterback as a sophomore, before being converted to wide receiver prior to the 1971 season. He caught 22 passes for 429 yards and three touchdowns his junior season. As a senior, he led the run-oriented Golden Hurricane with 33 receptions for 690 yards and 3 touchdowns. During his college career he caught 55 passes for 1,119 yards, six touchdowns and had a 20.3 yard average per reception.

Pearson received the university's President's Award as the team's "best spirited and most unselfish" member.

In 1985, he was inducted into the Tulsa Athletics Hall of Fame.

In 1973, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Dallas Cowboys, where he rose to become one of the NFL’s greatest wide receivers, earning career records of 489 receptions and 7,822 receiving yards, along with 189 rushing yards, 155 yards returning kickoffs, and 50 touchdowns (48 receiving and two fumble recoveries). Pearson was named one of the Top 20 Pro Football All-Time wide receivers, he was also recognized for his achievements by being named to the NFL 1970s All-Decade Team.

Pearson was named All-Pro three times (1974, 1976–77) All-NFC in 1975 and second Team All-NFC in 1978. In addition, Pearson was a Pro Bowler in 1974, 1976 and 1977. Pearson led the National Football Conference (NFC) in pass receptions in 1976 with 58. He served as offensive captain for the Cowboys in 1977, 1978, 1982 and 1983.

He helped the Cowboys to three Super Bowl appearances and a victory in Super Bowl XII in 1978. He also scored a touchdown in Super Bowl X.

In 1979, he and Tony Hill—along with Tony Dorsett—helped the Cowboys become the first team in NFL history to have two 1,000-yards wide receivers and a 1,000-yard running back, when he recorded 55 receptions, 1,026 yards and 8 touchdowns. Pearson and Hill also became the first wide receiver tandem in Cowboys history, to record 1,000-yard receiving seasons in the same year.

In 1980, the Cowboys selected Pearson as their nominee for NFL Man of the Year. Pearson is known as "Mr. Clutch" for his numerous clutch catches in game-winning situations, especially the "Hail Mary" reception from Roger Staubach that sealed the victory in a 1975 playoff game, one of the most famous plays in NFL history. He also caught the game-sealing touchdown in 1973 playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams and the game-winning touchdown pass from reserve quarterback Clint Longley in the 1974 Thanksgiving game against the Washington Redskins. All three of those plays were named among the Top 75 plays in NFL history by NFL Films in 1994. All were included on a video/DVD by that name. In addition in the 1980 playoff game at Atlanta, Pearson's clutch receptions helped win that game in a comeback by the Cowboys. In the 1981 NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers, Pearson almost rendered "The Catch" irrelevant when, in the waning moments of the game, he caught a long pass from Danny White that would've gone for a touchdown and won the game for the Cowboys had 49ers cornerback Eric Wright not made a one-handed tackle, stopping him just outside field-goal range (White fumbled on the next play, thus preserving victory for the 49ers and putting them in Super Bowl XVI). In 2009, on the NFL Network show "NFL's Top 10", in the episode titled "Greatest Dallas Cowboys", he is number 10 on the list.

His career accomplishments left such a mark with the Dallas Cowboys, that his number 88 jersey is reserved for the best talent at wide receiver. Hall of Famer Michael Irvin and Dez Bryant have worn it.

On August 19, 2011 Cowboys owner Jerry Jones announced that Pearson had been selected for inclusion into the highly prestigious Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor. Pearson, Charles Haley and Larry Allen were inducted during the half-time show of the Cowboys-Seahawks game Sunday, November 6, 2011.

These two legends will sit in the Clear Channel Studios on Saturday providing the Super Bowl expertise and analysis of the game to a show that covers today’s topics of sports, entertainment, automotive and news.  The show is not your typical radio talk show.  There is a definite purpose to the hour long program.  The ANE Show which stands for “Automotive, News, and Entertainment” provides information for consumers and dealerships alike helping listeners find the right vehicle for their needs.  However, the show doesn’t take the typical approach to just providing the same information about the automotive industry every week.  The cast which is made up of Jim “Doc” Proctor (General Manager of Dodge City of McKinney), Jeff “Bubba” Thompson, Josh “The Guru” Deaton, James “The Spin Doctor” Schaefer, Paul “The Coolest Guy in Dallas” Salfen, and the beautiful Jennifer Reed also discuss today’s news and entertainment.  The “Doc” and “Bubba” have spent many years in the automotive industry helping put car buyers in the right vehicle.  They are known for providing great vehicles for fair prices, and even more for going the extra mile to make buyers happy.  “The Guru” and “Spin Doctor” created a patent-pending digital marketing company (DeliveryMaxx) that blends social media and online reputation to help any company, organization, or person that utilizes the web to share or sell their products or services.  To keep the show light and entertaining, Paul Salfen (best known for hosting the Drew Pearson Show) and actress/model Jennifer Reed talk about there every day encounters with radio, TV, and movie stars.

Every week the show is real and entertaining.  However, listeners determine what the show discusses and has immediate access to the radio cast through Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

Nothing is filtered during the show, and it is designed to provide an hour of fun, entertainment, and relief to the listeners.

You can tune in at 9 AM every Saturday Morning to 1190 AM and follow The ANE Show on Facebook to be part of the conversation.  Just write your questions or comments into the timeline and hear how the cast responds.

Justin Bieber Assaults Limo Driver: The ANE Show Resends All offers for Bieber to Appear Live on the Show

The ANE Show which can be heard on 1190 AM every Saturday morning at 9 AM is scooping the latest stories in Automotive, News, and Entertainment.

Every great once in a blue moon, news will break that involves automotive, celebrity entertainment, and today’s news all wrapped up in a nice package.  This story is right up our alley when we received inside information that Justin Bieber may or may not have some type of an agenda against Limo Drivers.  Although we haven’t seen who the Limo Driver is who the Bieb allegedly assaulted in Toronto; we at the ANE Show are concerned it might be one of these infamous “Black Hat Drivers”.
As a result of this altercation; The ANE Show has decided to resend all offers for Justin Bieber to appear live on The ANE Show.  “We will not tolerate this kind of behavior from our celebrity guest against our automotive industry brethren!” exclaims ANE Show personality and Co-Founder of DeliveryMaxx, James Schaefer.  “Many eight year old girls look up to Mr. Bieber, but they also dream of going to the Prom or arriving at their wedding in a limousine.  These alleged actions that he has committed have created a sick state of confusion for these young girls.  They don’t know which side to take.”

Yes, it is the O.J. Simpson debate all over again (which by the way, also had a famous limo driver)!

The ANE Show which stands for Automotive News & Entertainment is hosted by longtime General Manager, Jim Proctor of Dodge City of McKinney.  He is joined by a cast of experts to share information and opinions during the show.

Jeff “Bubba” Thompson, the ANE Show’s Co-Host, also serves as Jim’s right hand man in the dealership.  He will share “war stories” and other helpful information for the consumer’s automotive needs.  Josh “Social Media’s Guru” Deaton, and James “Spin Doctor” Schaefer , Co-Founders of DeliveryMaxx, are experts when it comes to today’s technology and will provide insight to everything pertaining to social media, internet marketing, online reputation, and digital solutions.  Paul Salfen, the coolest guy in Dallas, will add celebrity insight with interviews of the hottest stars in sports, music, and entertainment.

The ANE Show will air at 9 AM Saturday mornings and consist of all four segments including two segments of Automotive, News, and Entertainment.  Proctor and Thompson will Host the show starting out with automotive news and giving helpful information such as buying vehicles, financing, selling vehicles, and automotive comparisons just to name a few.  .  Salfen will follow with interviews of today’s most popular stars.  He will find out what is going on in their lives both professional and personal as well as uncover what everyone wants to really know.  Deaton and Schaefer will join the fun of the hour long show with innovative ways to utilize social media to benefit businesses and consumers as well as funny and crazy experiences in the digital world.

The ANE Show will be a jammed packed hour of fun, entertainment, and information sure to keep you coming back for more.  Saturday mornings at 9 AM on 1190 AM just got more interesting for you.  For more information about The ANE Show visit http://theaneshow.com or follow on Twitter @TheANEShow.  For the latest in celebrity guest or show topics visit The ANE Show’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TheANEShow.

The Secret of Ordering Cheese Toast

Every Saturday morning The ANE Show talks about Automotive, News, and Celebrity updates.  However, on the show January 18, 2014 which can be heard weekly on 1190 AM or iHeart Radio Josh “The Guru” Deaton and “The Spin Doctor” bantered back and forth about their business trips they take on behalf of DeliveryMaxx.
The ANE Show has been touted as a very informative show about automotive news for consumers, but the radio show isn’t like most automotive talk shows. The ANE Show’s cast includes Josh “The Guru” Deaton and “The Spin Doctor” James Schaefer who are founders and executive officers of DeliveryMaxx. Their team on the show consist of Jim Proctor, manager of Dodge City of McKinney, Jeff “Bubba” Thompson who is Jim’s right hand man in the dealership, Paul Salfen who is Co-Host of the Drew Pearson Show and actress/model Jennifer Reed.
Each of the characters play an important role within the show, but often it is “The Spin Doctor” sharing stories of “The Guru” and the funny situations they put themselves in. During the January 18th episode, Schaefer brought up how Deaton refuses to pay extra for a grilled cheese sandwich with his meal. Deaton will always order a side of toast, and ask to have a slice or two pieces of cheese placed on top of the bread. In most of our homes we call this a grilled cheese sandwich. However, “The Guru” has coined the phrase #cheesetoast. You can follow the show on Twitter @TheANEShow or Facebook.

Last week, with camera in hand; “The Spin Doctor” decided to let The ANE Show listeners in on the secret of ordering cheese toast without having to pay for a grilled cheese sandwich.

Watch the video and see how it is done, then share your crazy stories of what you get away with during dinner!

The ANE Show are Rock Stars of Talk Radio

A few months ago, Jim Proctor and Jeff Thompson of Dodge City of McKinney met up with the Founders of DeliveryMaxx; Josh Deaton and James Schaefer to discuss developing a radio show that provided fun, entertainment, celebrity updates, current news, and important automotive information from a consumer perspective.  Thus, The ANE Show was born and has created a strong buzz across the airwaves.  The ANE Show characters have become “Rock Stars of Talk Radio”!
Both Proctor who goes by “Doc” on the show, and Thompson who is known as “Bubba” have always wanted to provide an Automotive Show that would help consumers with their buying and vehicle maintenance needs.  Although there are other automotive shows; their vast experience and knowledge of the demographics of today’s drivers made them realize that the typical automotive show did not provide any entertainment for the listeners.  That is when they turned to the boys from DeliveryMaxx.

Josh “The Guru” Deaton and “The Spin Doctor” James Schaefer have developed a patent-pending digital program with their company that helps automotive dealerships and other clients engage in “Real Conversations” with consumers and potential buyers.  The DeliveryMaxx solution is a one-of-a-kind program that helps companies improve their online reputation and social media presence.  By adding DeliveryMaxx to The ANE Show, listeners have become very loyal to the cast and feel like they are in the studio with these guys.  With DeliveryMaxx, listeners can communicate with the show by following on Twitter or Facebook.  Every question that is asked puts the listener into a drawing for upcoming Dallas Stars or Dallas Mavericks tickets.

Knowing that big names attract more listeners; these four guys looked at what they call “The Pretty People” in the industry.  Added to the show were “The Coolest Guy in Dallas” Paul Salfen and the beautiful actress/model Jennifer Reed.  Listeners get to hear stories from celebrities like Matthew McConaughey, Metallica, Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, and Ben Stiller.  All have shared wonderful insights on upcoming movies, and provided listeners with inside information into their personal lives.

This cast of characters, and we do mean “characters” spend Saturdays providing great information, but they have fun doing it to.  There is no telling what will be said on air, because they are real people with real stories.  When listeners tune the radio in on 1190 AM they will hear a cast talking about weekly news stories.  It is truly “water cooler” talk at its finest.

Nothing is safe, and Bubba, “The Guru” and “The Spin Doctor” have been known to get into trouble at home for sharing too many family secrets.  What would you expect from a guy who boasts about his mullet during his high school days, someone who has a donkey as a pet, or one who claims to be the best little league coach in the Dallas area?  (Tune in to see which story goes with who).

Paul Salfen and Jennifer Reed grace the cover of magazines and can be seen at various times when perusing through the TV channels.  Not only do they experience the life of the Rich and Famous; they gossip about it as well.  These two will share how “the other people” live.

Now, this show would not happen without the Doc keeping everyone in check.  Proctor makes sure that each show goes off without a hitch despite the efforts of the cast trying to take the show down treacherous curves.

The ANE Show airs every Saturday at 9 AM on KFXR 1190AM.  It is a one hour radio talk show with four segments which include automotive, news, celebrity updates, and great information.  For more information about the most talked about radio show in Dallas visit http://www.theANEShow.com.

The ANE Show is ready for the Big Game

Dallas Ft. Worth doesn’t mess around when it comes to big games, events and has even Bigger Personalities that love to hear themselves talk.
That’s exactly what you get when you have a “Doc”, a “Bubba”, “The Coolest Guy in Dallas”, a “Guru”, a “Gorilla”, a “Spin Doctor”, and a beautiful Actress/Model.  You mix this cast of characters up letting them discuss Automotive, News, Sports, and Entertainment and the show becomes a plethora of information and excitement.  At the start of the 9 o’clock hour on Saturday mornings; the show becomes a fast pace of twist and turns that every listener can take part in.  If this radio show were any longer; it would solve all of the world’s problems.

The ANE Show is hosted by Jim “Doc” Proctor who is the General Manager at Dodge City of McKinney.  He is joined by “Bubba” who is the Internet Director at the dealership and a consumer advocate.  Josh “The Guru” Deaton, and “The Spin Doctor”, James Schaefer of DeliveryMaxx handle Social Media Interactions and up to date news stories.  “The Coolest Guy in Dallas”, Paul Salfen and the Beautiful Jennifer Reed introduce listeners to the rich and famous in entertainment.  Both Host the Drew Pearson Show, and Jennifer is an Actress/Model.

The youngsters of the bunch are also what we call “The Pretty People.”  Paul Salfen and Jennifer Reed grace the cover of magazines and can be seen at various times when perusing through the TV channels.

The ANE Show is a family.  It is one of those dysfunctional families.  You know.  It is a lot like the one you see at birthday parties and other family gatherings.  The crew brings in friends of the show and guest and soon they become an extended part of the family as well.

We aren’t perfect, but sure act like we are on air.  We act like the uncle that has all of the answers, but complains that he has to wear a coat to a nice dinner.  Sometimes, we act like the aunt who wears her fur coat to Denny’s but is appalled that a diet soda cost $1.99.  In fact, we are like the father who brags about his son’s participation medal or the mother who scolds her kids for using foul language with four letter adjectives directed at them.

Nope.  We are not perfect, and that is what makes the show so fun.  Tuning into The ANE Show will provide entertainment, but it will also give you information on today’s automotive industry.  If you are looking to buy or lease a car, sell a vehicle, purchase insurance or just want to know about some of the latest models in 2014 that are hitting the showroom floors; check out the radio show every Saturday morning at 9 AM.

This week’s show will certainly be entertaining for all.  It is the last show before this year’s Super Bowl, so let’s see who these guys will pick.  Someone thinks the Cowboys still have a shot at winning!

The ANE Show airs every Saturday at 9 AM on KFXR 1190AM.  It is a one hour radio talk show with four segments which include automotive, news, celebrity updates, and great information.  For more information about the most talked about radio show in Dallas visit http://www.theANEShow.com.

Jeff “Bubba” Thompson, the ANE Show’s Co-Host, also serves as Jim’s right hand man in the dealership.  He shares “war stories” and other helpful information for the consumer’s automotive needs.  All you need to know about Thompson is that he has a donkey as a pet, and he goes by the name Bubba.  Paul Salfen, the coolest guy in Dallas and the Beautiful Actress/Model Jennifer Reed adds celebrity insight with interviews of the hottest stars in sports, music, and entertainment.

The ANE Show: Too Sexy for TV

The ANE Show is Dallas’ premiere talk radio show and airs every Saturday at 9 a.m. on 1190AM KFXR to discuss the latest automotive news and entertainment.  While many listeners enjoy listening to the witty banter, we are often asked the same question.  “Why isn’t The ANE Show on TV?”  At long last we are going to answer the question that is plaguing everyone’s minds, and the answer is simple: The ANE Show is TOO sexy for TV.
Basically, the cast of The ANE Show is like “The Village People 2.0.”  Dethroning the original boy band with the coveted title of being the sexiest group ever known to man.  And you thought Jenn Reed was the only attractive one in the cast.

When Jim “Doc” Proctor, longtime GM of Dodge City of McKinney met with Josh “The Guru” Deaton and James “Spin Doctor” Schaefer of DeliveryMaxx to conceptualize The ANE Show, the original idea was for a television show.  However, after a few meetings with executives they were quick to outlaw the handsome cast of the show from ever appearing on the small screen for fear of quickly downgrading Ryan Seacrest to only being the 7th handsome man on cable and putting him in a depressed state.
Don’t worry Seacrest, The ANE Show will keep their sexy confined to the radio…for now.

You can enjoy the sexiest radio show on the airwaves every Saturday at 9 a.m. on 1190AM KFXR or iHeart Radio.  Keep up with us on Facebook or follow on Twitter @TheANEShow and don’t forget to tune in, and cuddle up and let the sexy ones entertain you!

DeliveryMaxx Presents How to Use Hashtags

The world of social media is constantly changing and evolving and for the average person it is difficult to keep track of the sites and methods that are most effective.  One question we at DeliveryMaxx hear often is “How do I use hashtags?”
First what is a hashtag?  A hashtag is essentially a tag and allows you to “tag” or “label” a short message similarly to how you tag and label a blog.  Twitter is the social media template where hashtags originally gained wide popularity, but the use of hashtags first began on Internet Relay Chat.  Today hashtags are relevant on a wide array of social media sites including Instagram and Facebook.

Within a post you can add a “#” in front of a word or phrase to hashtag it.  For example in the sentence: “I don’t know how to use #hashtags.”  In that post you have effectively hashtagged your post to let the world know exactly what you’re talking about, you’re talking about hashtags.  You can also add a hashtag to the end of the sentence to be more effective.  “I don’t know how to use #hashtags.  #SocialMedia.”  Remember when hashtagging a phrase you don’t want any spaces in between the words.
So now you know what hashtags are and how to use them, before you hop onto Twitter and go crazy remember this.  DO NOT OVERUSE HASHTAGS.  #WaitWhat?

“Don’t I want to use as many tags as possible within my posts so more people see it?”  The short answer to this question is, NO.  The number one thing about internet marketing businesses often forget when using hashtags on Twitter and Facebook is you’re trying to narrow down your reach.

While this may be a difficult concept to grasp, consider this.  When you’re posting about the World Series should you tag your post with “#Sports”?  Sports encompass a lot of things, not just baseball and your chances of someone clicking on #Sports to connect with others talking about the World Series are slim to none.  #MLB is a lot better and #WorldSeries is ideal.  Now you know you are connecting with the correct people.

Similarly if you’re managing a Chevrolet dealership in Dallas it doesn’t matter if someone looking for a Honda in New York City knows you exist.  Even using “#Dallas” is an overuse, there’s a lot of people in Dallas, some talking about bars and clubs, some about the Maverick’s opening night tonight, etc.  “#DallasChevrolet” or “#ChevyDallas” stand the best chance reaching your target audience.

Making your hashtags specific and limiting them to one or two in a post is the best way to achieve Social Media Engagement and connect with the people who are relevant to your business and community.  And doing that will make you #OneHappyPerson

Social media seems to be everywhere these days. Facebook alone has surpassed one billion users, not to mention the 554 million on Twitter and Pinterest becoming the 3rd largest URL in the world. So, if you want your customers to find your website, you need to have a presence on social media. It was only a matter of time before DeliveryMaxx ventured into the food and beverage industry helping with their digital needs.

Randy White’s Hall of Fame BBQ & Grill has chosen DeliveryMaxx to provide a program that combines social media marketing and online reputation management into a strategic digital marketing solution to help continue the famous barbeque restaurant’s growth.

DeliveryMaxx has made it easy to integrate social media with business’s websites, so that online “fans” turn into real-world sales.  “Online reviews can make or break a restaurant business, and with DeliveryMaxx our customers will be able to share how great our barbeque is with ease” says, Tracy Hutchins, Owner & Operator of Randy White’s Hall of Fame BBQ.

The next step was to partner with a restaurant that had a great story to tell.  “Hutchins Barbeque has been personal favorite of mine for a long time, and their business is the type of business any community would be proud to support” states, CEO & Co-Founder of DeliveryMaxx, Josh Deaton.  We are fortunate to show how the DeliveryMaxx program will integrate seamlessly with Randy White’s Hall of Fame BBQ.  Tracy Hutchins and his wife Nicole have carried on Mr. Hutchins famous recipe and house it under one of the most famous Dallas Cowboys defensive players of all-time name.  This is a great locally owned restaurant, with a huge marquee name attached to it” adds, James Schaefer, COO  & Co-Founder of DeliveryMaxx.

In 1978 Roy Hutchins opened a 900 square foot roadside smokehouse on HWY 380 in Princeton, Texas near McKinney. It was called Roy’s Smokehouse. With Roy and his wife’s hard work and passion for making great BBQ they were able to make a great name for themselves in the McKinney area.

In 1991 the demand for Roy’s BBQ was growing rapidly and they were able to expand into a much larger space in McKinney.  What also grew in the Hutchins household were 3 sons who were ready to carry on the family tradition of delivering great BBQ to hungry Texans that came to the restaurant.  Next thing you know there was another restaurant that opened under the name of Hutchins BBQ and Catfish. This move proved once again that Hutchins BBQ was making a great name for itself.

The next Hutchins BBQ opened in Frisco Texas in 1994. Little did they know but a frequent customer over the years Hall of fame Dallas Cowboy Randy White loved their BBQ so much that he not only became great friends of the family but in 2001 he agreed to let the Hutchins change the name to Randy White’s (Hall of Fame BBQ) since then the BBQ continues to get better and the business continues to grow.  Tracy and Nicole Hutchins continue to own and operate the Frisco location with marketing consultation form Randy White at the corner of Preston and Main. Randy along with several other past and present Dallas Cowboys continue to come in on a daily basis, visit with customers, and enjoy great BBQ.

Randy played for the Dallas Cowboys his entire professional football career. He was born and raised in Pennsylvania and played college football for the University of Maryland.

Randy White won the Outland Trophy, Lombardi Award, ACC player of the year and All American College Awards (1974).  He was the number 1 draft pick in 1975 and was chosen by the Dallas Cowboys to play Defensive Tackle.  In 14 seasons he only missed one game.  White was a 9 time Pro Bowl Selection, 8 time All-Pro, Co-MVP of Super Bowl XII, 1978 NFC Defensive Player of the Year,  and 1982 NFL Defensive Lineman of the Year.  His Dallas Cowboys teams won a Super Bowl Trophy (XII), 3 NFC Titles, and 5 Divisional Titles.  In 1994, White was inducted into the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  He is considered one of the greatest defensive players ever to step on a football field.

Randy White’s Hall of Fame BBQ & Grill is located at 9225 Preston Rd in Frisco, Texas just north of Dallas, Texas.  They serve the best Texas Barbeque Sunday thru Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM and 11 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturdays.  For more information on catering and special events information can be found by calling 972.377.0540 or http://www.randywhitesbbq.com.
