There will be a New Normal and what it looks like is up to You


We will have a New Normal in America.  Despite what many people originally thought when they complied with the “Shelter in Place” Guidelines thinking it was more like a 2-4 week vacation; it will take years for businesses to recover from this devastation.  The longer we sit and do nothing allowing the mainstream media and politicians tell us what to think, the more hardships everyone will start to experience.
At this point in time there are only a few people who are truly trying to seek the truth about if this virus is as deadly as all of the politicians have declared after using the graph that showed 2.2 million people will die from the Coronavirus by April 15, 2020.  By the way, the United States only has 40,565 deaths (this includes the inflated numbers where the medical examiner just listed the cause of death because they suspected the symptoms were related to COVID-19 like the CDC demanded and New York/New Jersey account for 22,500 of the deceased).  Much like the seasonal flu, Americans have the same .00012292 chance of dying from the Coronavirus.  With a little research, logic and common sense, one can find the truth if they wanted to.

The only way a National, State and Local Politician will change their mind and call this seasonal sickness what is and actually stop abusing their power by dictating who can work and who cannot is if they feel like they will win or lose votes.  They understand where their paycheck comes and although they might tell citizens to do one thing while they do another; the thing that means the most to them is their right to work.  So if the citizens all declare that we should open up the economy, then they will change their tune quickly.  However, until then, they are going to sing the same tune.  Fair elections are the only way to take away a politicians job like they have easily done to millions of Americans.

Small businesses will still get overlooked by the big banks, politicians and mainstream media.  They will still have to fight to gain market share.  Even though over 60% of the labor force is directly related to a small business, few will speak up for them as they battle the injustice that has been caused by a seasonal virus that will come back every year.

As America is coming very close to The 2nd Great Depression with unemployment rate nearing the 18% mark having over 22 million losing their jobs in the last 30 days; we can expect a rapid rise in crime rate, suicide, cases of malnutrition, prostitution, alcoholism and drug abuse, out of reach higher education, increased divorce rates and child abuse, higher inflation and overall decline in health.  Many more people will die from these decision that have been based on fear.  I wonder if the nurses who continue to get on social media crying about all of the deaths that they say are happening in the hospitals will do the same thing when it comes to suicide and other causes of a Great Depression? When you add on the 2.2 Trillion Dollar Pork Filled Stimulus Package that many small business will not receive because it is designed to help large companies and line the pockets of politicians and other leftist entities’;  the will be a New Normal.  There will be a New Normal for how we live our lives as you can see today people will not even look someone in the eye in the grocery store.  There will be a New Normal in business as restaurants will be forced to cut their seating capacity almost half.  There will be a New Normal at sporting events, church, schools and just about everything you can think of.

Better to die on your feet, than live on your Knees


President Franklin Delano Roosevelt was once quoted as saying, “We, too, born to freedom, and believing in freedom, are willing to fight to maintain freedom.  We, are all others who believe as deeply as we do, would rather die on our feet than live on our knees.”

As FDR delivered is 20 minute 1,883-word Presidential Inaugural Address after taking the oath of office a month over 87 years ago on March 4, 1933 becoming the 32nd President of the United States of America; he stated, “So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is...fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and of vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory. And I am convinced that you will again give that support to leadership in these critical days.”

Those who continue to distort the facts are doing it in the name of “science”.  This verse often comes to mind from Romans 8:31- “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”

A 2.2 Trillion Dollar Government Pork Filled Stimulus that many small business will not receive is not enough for you to stay open while people have been scared or mandated into hiding much like Germany of 1938.  Businesses must be vigilant in getting their message out to continue to survive.

How to position yourself for the Wreckage in front of you and your Business


There is great news that is not being shared with you on a daily basis!  Before we had more than 50 deaths in the United States, our officials utilized the famous “Flatten the Curve” Graph made by Epidemiologist, Neil Ferguson who boldly predicted that the United States would achieve 2.2 million deaths by the middle of April.  Of course the premise of the whole scare was that 100% of the world’s population would become infected with the virus and with a little research one would find that this has never happened in the history of the world.  Nonetheless, the United States has 28,580 deaths that have been attributed to the Coronavirus.  These numbers include the nearly 4,000 deaths in New York that were not directly confirmed but only suspected as people that might have had symptoms similar to those who have COVID-19.  Not sure why the government would want to promote fear, but we do know that hospitals are getting anywhere from $12,000 to $300,000 from the Federal Government by attributing treatment to the Coronavirus.  Of course, the Centers of Disease and Control (CDC) have recommended these practices.  The great news is that the over inflated death totals account for the virus is .00008661 of our population.  We don’t have thousands of bodies lined up in mass graves as some news organizations have stated.  Hospitals have thousands of unused beds, too many ventilators, and nurses are able to stay at home because there is not enough work coming in to the hospitals due to them turning away needed elected procedures.  Even better, it seems that even while blowhards like New York’s Mayor Andrew Cuomo, Michigan’s Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Dallas County Commissioner Clay Jenkins and many others who continue to spread a false narrative, the death counts for pneumonia, flu and other communicable diseases have seen a drastic drop in the mortality rate.  Some have even heard that Jeffery Epstein’s death might not have even been a suicide from hanging. 

Unfortunately, there will be victims that otherwise could have been saved in 2020!  As we have pointed out over the last several months, the decisions we continued to make would have much more dire consequences on many more Americans.  We predicted that America would be headed into a severe recession and ultimately the 2nd Great Depression if the unconstitutional mandates of businesses not being able to open their doors continued to happen into May.  Since politicians continue to skew numbers to fit their motive and citizens blindly following the sensationalized news trying to hide from a virus that will be seasonal (yes, it will come back just like the flu and common cold); nearly 22 million workers have lost their job.  That is nearly 14% unemployment.  The Great Depression of 1929 had a peak unemployment at 24.9%.   By the way, we remained at 14% unemployment until 1940.  At least our kids will have stories they can tell their grandkids of the hardships today’s decisions have caused.  We also will leave them with a massive amount of debt with the passing of a 2.2 Trillion PORK FILLED STIMULUS PACKAGE.  If we were to pay 1 cent every second for the next 63,418 years we would still owe over 200 Billion Dollars.  This is the tax burden we will be leaving behind.   A Great Depression will bring increased violent & non-violent crime, drug & alcohol addiction, child abuse, marital dissolution, poverty rate and a decline in overall health of many Americans.  Today, depression and suicides are already on the incline.  This is exactly why it is illegal to yell “Fire” in a crowded theater!  There will be more death caused from the panic than if the panic were real in the first place.

It might be a little too late, but there are many who are starting to speak up for justice.  Talks of election and voting out the power hungry corrupt politicians at the national, state and LOCAL levels is gaining traction.  Some people are actually questioning why they overreacted to numbers that never made sense in the first place.  There have been peaceful protest to open up businesses already conducted and planned for the upcoming weeks.  If we do not open up all businesses by May 1st we can count on experiencing The 2nd Great Depression.

Using Social Media to become the “Go To” Source for Information


As the amount of contradicting information appears on our news feeds faster than the change in Texas weather; the public is looking for trusted sources they can count on to make informed decisions.  Today, with our mainstream media sensationalizing every story to increase their ad revenue, corrupt politicians trying to increase their power at the national, state and local jurisdictions, and average everyday citizen who has a personal agenda they are trying to push; people are trying to find a “Go To” Source to find the right information to help them make inform wise decisions.

Businesses who are trying to reach their consumer must be vigilant in producing enough information on their digital network to help build trust and allow them to increase their market share.  As the economy is heading down a path much like it did during The Great Depression of 1929 to 1933, it will be vital for businesses to become more active than ever utilizing a complete digital media strategy to stay alive.

When it comes to an online digital strategy, businesses must make sure their message is concise and supportive of their narrative.  If a business provides a great product or service, there should be several pieces to their online digital media strategy that supports these claims:

·         Blogs- These are written pieces that have the ability to educate the consumer with facts and supporting documents.  Great stories on how the product or service is being used can validate these assertions.  It is also important to insert current events into these blogs.  Letting the public know that you know what is going on in the world is important.

·         Reviews- Many companies talk about getting a “lot of stars”, but reviews are so much more than that.  The goal is to have customers mention the product/service, why they visited your business and who specifically helped them.  Have you ever notices negative reviews state all of these things, but positive reviews might be a one word or one sentence on why they are happy?  Businesses should make it available and easy for their happy customers to be able to share their complete experience with the world on multiple platforms.  Video Testimonies should also be part of every businesses digital media strategy.  If we can see a customer truly happy, then it is more believable.  If you are a business that still pays for “Fake Reviews” customers can see through this.  Number one, those reviews are not being looked at by the average customer and number two, if you are spending that much time on “Fake Reviews” your business will never achieve maximum profitability.

·         Daily Post- There must be a method behind your post.  Are the post engaging to customers?  Do they create an emotion that can create a call to action?  If you are paying a company to put the same post on your sites as every other one of their clients sites than you are not understanding how daily post work.  In addition, you should be putting daily post on all of your social media sites to make sure you are optimizing the opportunity to reach additional customers.

·         Video Messaging- There is nothing better than a candid video that talks about your business or the service you provide.  The most searched videos are “How to Videos”.  Everyone utilizes the internet to find information.  If you want people to search your business, you better have the information they are looking for.

·         Automated Follow Up- Customer Retention is easier than finding new customers.  Your digital strategy should have a consistent approach to letting the customer know you care.  This should also be in a digital format to allow your customer to easily share the information with all of their friends and family.

An example of businesses or entities who have spread information that has been counterproductive for the consumer is the Centers of Disease and Control (CDC).  For example, the CDC currently is showing a misleading graph that states that 40% of Coronavirus cases end in death which is 22,124.  This government funded entity that benefits from taxpayer funding has already instructed our health officials to list every death of those that might have symptoms close to those who really do have COVID-19 as a Coronavirus death.  Their graph also doesn’t show the fact that many Americans probably had the Coronavirus in November or December which was well before the media used fearmongering to utilize power hungry politicians into scaring the population into seclusion.  Ultimately and unconstitutionally ordering businesses to shut their doors.


There are several instances where the CDC manipulates the American public in believing they should all stay at home and hide from a virus that will be seasonal.  As a matter of fact, Covid-19 has been around for over a decade and we have never had the overreaction that we have had today.  First, if you were to superimpose the geographical area of the United States over Europe you would see that you could fit the countries of Ireland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Poland, Belarus, Italy, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Ukraine and more into the United States.  Second, add up all of the deaths in those countries and the United States death total is much less.  Not only are the deaths from the Coronavirus much less than the 2.2 Million predicted by Neil Ferguson who based his model on 100% of the population getting the virus (which has never happened in the history of the world), but now the prediction is much closer to 60,000 total deaths in America.  If we were to take our investigation a step further, the 2017-2018 mortality rate from the flu was 80,000 according to the CDC which was a mortality rate of .00024449877.  The Great State of Texas had 9,470 deaths from the same flu in 2017-2018 and their mortality rate was .00032996515.  In comparison, Italy which has been the country every doctor and those who have been tricked into supporting the unconstitutional mandates of house arrest is .00032901786.  Yes!!! You read this correctly.  In 2017-2018, Texas had a higher death rate from the flu than Italy has today from the Coronavirus!  It is all how the media decides to spin it.


The final chapter has not been written for the year 2020!  It will be up to businesses to adapt, innovate and encourage while gaining the trust of the consumer.  Businesses must be vigilant in their fight to survive and DeliveryMaxx is willing to help.

Strategic Planning now will allow your Business to Thrive Later


With over 50% of the United States labor force directly affected by the success of small businesses financial stability it is imperative that businesses continue to evaluate every program and streamline processes to assure their viability for when the Coronavirus Chaos stabilizes.  There is good news that is finally being reported showing that the scare tactics of our media and many of our politicians at the National, State and Local level were wrong from the beginning shutting down the economy.  Unfortunately, because the politicians at each of these levels gravely overacted it will take many years for businesses to recoup the losses they have encountered over the Media Induced Political Hysteria Economic Shutdown.  We still have a minimum of 3 weeks before more people will demand that businesses are allowed to reopen.  For many, this will be too late.  However, for those that have strategically planned will have a chance to serve their customers once again.

A perfect example of utilizing social media is how businesses have united together to expose Wells Fargo’s fraudulent lending practices.  After securing the most small business accounts last year, they turned their back on these customers squeezing them out of securing the needed funds to stay alive through the Payroll Protection Plan that was part of the 2.2 trillion pork filled stimulus package our politicians on both sides of the aisle passed.  (We don’t even need to mention how the politicians lined their pockets by throwing in special funding for those who contribute to their campaign, but all of that information is on another blog.)  Not only was Wells Fargo found fraudulent by various regulatory bodies including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) by the creation of millions of fake savings and checking accounts on behalf of Wells Fargo clients without their consent and fined $185 million as a result of the illegal activity, but now they have been exposed for squeezing out the small business owner while providing valuable information to achieve additional funding to their much larger clients.  Small businesses like DeliveryMaxx have utilize Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media accounts to call out the injustice that continues throughout this crisis.

Another narrative that continues to be exposed is the actual severity of the Coronavirus itself.  Just before the insane government ordered house arrest imposed on innocent businesses and consumers alike, our officials utilized the famous Epidemiologist, Neil Ferguson who boldly predicted that the United States would achieve 2.2 million deaths in a very short amount of time only later changing the claims as drastically lower because over 85% who get the virus show no or very mild symptoms?  This was the same chart that everyone said we must balance the curve.  Of course the premise of the whole scare was that 100% of the world’s population would become infected with the virus and with a little research one would find that this has never happened in the history of the world.

The new narrative that these corrupt politicians and news media is starting to state that our “Stay at Home” policies are actually working on flattening the curve.  This would be great news except places like Home Depot, Walmart, big box grocery stores, Lowes, Academy, McDonalds and other fast-food restaurants all were allowed to remain open serving hundreds of customers at a time.  Therefore, if their employees and customers were not spreading the virus as everyone said, a question should be asked, “Was the virus as deadly or even as contagious as all of the politicians and media kept saying?”  How is it that several hundreds of people can fight over toilet paper and not spread a virus, but the local 100 seat capacity Mexican restaurant had to close their doors?

If and hopefully when our elected officials start making better decisions ending the economic shutdown, that if prolonged will lead us into the 2nd Great Depression, they will have to defend their short sided decision making of hurting tens of millions of American workers, why For-Profit-Hospitals did not adequately prepare for a potential epidemic that has been talked about for decades while making millions off the backs of the average American through insurance claims a pharmaceutical sales and a gross abuse of power during the chaos (especially many local mayors and county judges) as well as defending the World Health Organization’s (WHO) role in helping Communist China cover up information regarding the threat of the Coronavirus.  The only way they will be able to do this is through a digital media campaign because the mainstream media will still be in business to sensationalize stories to increase their advertising revenue based on viewers just like the fake stories they promoted when CBS News admitted airing footage of an overwhelmed Italian hospital while reporting on the coronavirus outbreak in New York City (included a short clip from the Sky News video in a segment about the outbreak of COVID-19 in New York City, which the outlet calls "America's Epicenter")  in order to continue to promote fear and uncertainty.  The CDC, WHO and United States Medical Examiners are counting any death such as heart disease, suicide or other causes of death of a person who has symptoms of the Coronavirus as COVID-19 Related Deaths.  Although very misleading, ultimately this will continue to add to mistrust of the media.

Unfortunately, unemployment filings have increased to almost 17 million.  Currently, restaurants and travel-related fields have made up the majority of these claims, but now we are seeing hundreds of thousands of retail workers lining up.  Economists say there could be more long-term and permanent layoffs included in more recent claims, as companies look to trim costs according to a new CNBC report.  Business Insider provided that nearly 60% of people who have lost their jobs due to the overhyped coronavirus pandemic are women.  If these trends continue we will easily surpass The Great Depression of 1929 which lasted for 4 years had a peak global unemployment at 24.9%.  Using the same numbers that would be the equivalent of 64 million of working adults in the United States would be out of a job today.  Economic forecasts are becoming routine that predict unemployment will exceed its historic 25 percent peak during the Great Depression, and the number of jobs lost in a mere three weeks now exceeds the 15 million that it took 18 months for the Great Recession to bulldoze from 2007 to 2009.  Of course with a great depression we will see a rapid rise in crime rate, suicide, cases of malnutrition, prostitution, alcoholism and drug abuse, out of reach higher education, increased divorce rates and child abuse and overall decline in health.  There will be many more deaths associated with The 2nd Great Depression than the current 90,011 worldwide deaths from the Coronavirus.  By the way, this number still lags behind the total number of deaths from suicides (291,990), alcohol (681,025), smoking (1,361,193), malaria (267,086), cancer (2,236,314), HIV/AIDS (457,741), abortions (11,574,400), seasonal flu (132,417) and communicable disease (3,534,857).

Utilizing Social Media, small businesses have taken to various digital platforms out of desperation in order to get the giant bank to reverse their position to help out “the little guy”.

Another example is the Coronavirus itself.  The media would have you believe that the deaths of our citizens are piling up in the streets and hospitals cannot handle the outbreak.  Of course we are starting to see that this has been a false narrative from the begging.  From January 1st to March 30th, 2020 it has been reported that 35,016 people have died from this new virus that will be seasonal.  Yes, that means each year this virus will come back just like the seasonal flu.  What the media isn’t reporting is that during the same exact timeframe we have had 75,645 deaths of mothers during childbirth, 118,980 deaths from the seasonal flu, 240,056 malaria deaths, 262,441 suicides, 330,367 traffic accident fatalities, 411,415 deaths from HIV/AIDs, 612,105 Alcohol related deaths, 1,223,439 deaths of smokers, 2,009,990 people die from cancer, 3,177,081 fatalities from communicable diseases and 10,402,251 abortions!  To make matters worse is the Centers of Disease and Control (CDC) have instructed Medical Examiners to list Coronavirus as the cause of death even if it is only suspected the individual might have the virus.  People are figuring out that they must get this information to the masses and are utilizing social media platforms and forums to expose the lies and share the truth.

Now, in the year 2020, all businesses are facing the fight of their life.  Whether one believes the Coronavirus threat warrants government intervention and shutdown of business or thinks that it is a Chinese virus developed to destroy the United States’ economy; it is and will have a drastic effect on millions of people’s lives.  The numbers that were originally reported by the World Health Organization as well as Centers of Disease and Control will not be met thankfully; however, businesses are entering their third week of nationwide quarantine measures and will have a very tough time keeping their doors open.  Enter the government’s massive pork filled special interest stimulus package of 2.2 trillion dollars and some businesses will be able to limp through a minimized slowdown.  Unfortunately, the people will be burdened with this debt to pay back and the economy will reflect these choices down the road. 


As the initial shock of good people debating whether lives of the elderly and those with underlying health conditions were more important than the lives of tens of millions that will be faced with unemployment, health issues, child abuse, increase crime, marital conflict, and potential death (suicide, murder, health) if we enter into the 2nd Great Depression; we are now hearing and seeing reports that this might be something other than just a virus.

There are theories showing that it is a Democrat strategy even supported by some Republicans to rid the country of Donald Trump as President of the United States.  You can even start to see political operatives on both side trying to blame each other on why the medical field was ill equipped (even though the Doctors have lined their pockets through Insurance and Pharmaceutical Drug Makers) to handle cases of people who will get sick from a virus that will come back every season since there will never be a cure for it.  Other stories are coming out that China with the help of traitorous greedy anti-Americans to help create and spread this virus in hopes to bring down our economy ultimately creating a rebellion or civil war in our country.  This has always been a strategy starting back when Chairman Mao Zedong, an ideologically Marxist/Leninist was the founding father of the People’s Republic of China from its establishment in 1949 until his death in 1976.  In addition to killing close to 80 million of his own people through starvation, persecution, prison labor and mass executions; his modern enemy was the United States.  His predecessors have continued adverse policy towards the United States and many plots to this point have been foiled by our intelligence community to keep the balance of both world powers.

Controlling your Message gains Trust with Customers


When it comes to an online digital strategy, businesses must make sure their message is concise and supportive of their narrative.  If a business provides a great product or service, there should be several pieces to their online digital media strategy that supports these claims:

Every Business should take a look at the messaging that is going on with the Coronavirus.  Businesses can learn from their mistakes and actually improve how they can talk to their customers if and when we resume back to normal. 

Much of the population has been scared into locking themselves in their houses and not going out into public.  Of course we know this isn’t entirely true because Big Box Stores are still open, the military continues to be active, Government at the National, State and Local level are completely operational, and it seems that there are more “Essential Businesses” like the McDonald’s Drive Thru Worker, Braum’s Ice Cream Scooper, Arts and Crafts Store that provides yarn to crochet, Home Depot and Lowes will still give you advice on how to build a fence and of course any place that sells toilet paper.

Our government’s message on how deadly this virus is seems to be moving all over the spectrum.  Remember, the famous Epidemiologist, Neil Ferguson who boldly predicted that the United States would achieve 2.2 million deaths in a very short amount of time only later changing the claims as drastically lower because over 85% who get the virus show no or very mild symptoms?  This was the same chart that everyone said we must balance the curve…whatever that truly means.  Of course the premise of the whole scare was that 100% of the world’s population would become infected with the virus and with a little research one would find that this has never happened in the history of the world.


How about Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who told others there are too many variables at play in the pandemic to make the models reliable: “I’ve looked at all the models. I’ve spent a lot of time on the models. They don’t tell you anything. You can’t really rely upon models.”  The same day, we were introduced to Jeffrey Shaman, a Columbia University epidemiologist whose models were cited by the White House, said his own work on the pandemic doesn’t go far enough into the future to make predictions akin to the White House fatality forecast.  “We don’t have a sense of what’s going on in the here and now, and we don’t know what people will do in the future,” he said. “We don’t know if the virus is seasonal, as well.”

CBS News even admitted airing footage of an overwhelmed Italian hospital while reporting on the coronavirus outbreak in New York City (included a short clip from the Sky News video in a segment about the outbreak of COVID-19 in New York City, which the outlet calls "America's Epicenter")  in order to continue to promote fear and uncertainty.  The CDC, WHO and United States Medical Examiners are counting any death such as heart disease, suicide or other causes of death of a person who has symptoms of the Coronavirus as COVID-19 Related Deaths.  Although very misleading, ultimately this will continue to add to mistrust of the media.

Messages like these have produced panic in our society and are continuing to hurt the economy because of so much misinformation that is being presented to the public.  These are great lessons to learn as we try to navigate around uncertain times.  As a business, you can continue to make sure your message is clear, concise and accurate.  Having a digital strategy will allow you to gain potential customers trust and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
